How to Use It

1. Cleanse and apply toner first.
2. Unfold the sheet and lay it over the face, smoothing it into the contours.
3. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not let it dry out on your face — a drying sheet pulls moisture back out of your skin.
4. Remove and press the remaining essence in with your palms. Do not rinse.
5. Follow with moisturizer to seal it.
6. Use two or three times a week.

Questions

How is it different from the Ceramide and Real Collagen versions?
Vitamin here, for dullness and glow. Ceramide for a stressed, dehydrated barrier. Real Collagen for the look of firmness. Pick by concern.

How long do I leave it on?
15 to 20 minutes, and take it off before it dries. Longer is not better; a dry sheet works against you.

Do I rinse after?
No. Press the leftover essence in and follow with moisturizer.

How often?
Two or three times a week is where a mask starts doing something. Ten sheets is roughly a month of that.
