K-Touch Korean Beauty — Returns & Refunds Policy
At K-Touch Korean Beauty, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying.
Every product is carefully checked and packed before shipment. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- With all labels, seals, and protective wrapping intact
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Please note:
- Opened, used, or unsealed beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items, promotional sets, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email support@k-touch.us with the following:
- A clear photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the outer box with the waybill visible
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Returns are subject to two-way shipping fees and any customs or handling charges.
- K-Touch is not responsible for lost return shipments — please use a trackable courier.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, customs clearance, or taxes associated with their return.
Since all orders are shipped directly from South Korea, international return costs may vary by country.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The wrong address was provided at checkout
- The recipient was unavailable or refused delivery
- The parcel was returned due to unpaid customs fees
- The product was delivered contactlessly and later reported as missing
