SUNGBOON EDITOR Green Tomato Pore Peeling Jumbo Pad 180ml/60 Pads — Korean PHA Exfoliating Pore Pads with Green Tomato
The Green Tomato Pore Peeling Jumbo Pad is the wipe-and-go exfoliating step of SUNGBOON EDITOR’s flagship pore line — 60 large, double-sided pads soaked in a green tomato and PHA essence that sweep away dead skin, sebum and residue in one pass. It is the easiest way to add gentle exfoliation to a pore routine: no rinsing, no measuring, just wipe.
Each pad has an embossed textured side for lifting away debris and a soft side for a final calming pass, so one pad does both the exfoliating and the toning.
What the Green Tomato Peeling Pads Do
- Exfoliate gently with a PHA. Gluconolactone is a polyhydroxy acid — the mild, large-molecule exfoliant that smooths texture without the sting of an AHA. At its low concentration here, it works as much to hydrate and support the skin’s acid mantle as to resurface.
- Clear sebum and residue. Green tomato and the brand’s Anti-Sebum P complex target the oil and buildup that make pores look larger.
- Sweep away dead skin. The textured side physically lifts loosened debris as you wipe.
- Hydrate as they exfoliate. Multiple forms of hyaluronic acid, centella and a botanical blend keep skin comfortable, not stripped.
What Pore Pads Can and Can’t Do
Pore size is largely genetic. No pad changes the diameter of a pore — the word “peeling” here means gentle surface exfoliation, not a change in pore size. What the pads do is make pores look clearer: they clear sebum, lift dead skin and smooth the texture around each pore so it reads smaller. That is a real, visible improvement, and it is what regular gentle exfoliation is good at. Our guide to pores and blackheads explains the mechanism.
Who the Green Tomato Peeling Pads Are For
- Oily and combination skin with visible pores, rough texture or sebum buildup
- Anyone who wants easy, wipe-on exfoliation rather than a rinse-off scrub or a strong peel
- Skin that finds strong AHAs too harsh — the PHA here is the gentlest exfoliating acid
- Those building the Green Tomato routine who want a convenient exfoliating step

Key Ingredients in the Peeling Pads
- Gluconolactone (PHA) — gentle polyhydroxy-acid exfoliation, mild enough for frequent use.
- Patented Green Tomato Extract — the brand’s signature pore ingredient.
- Centella Asiatica — soothing, to balance the exfoliation. More in our centella & cica guide.
- Botanical blend (neem, chestnut, burdock, broccoli and mung bean sprouts, oat) — antioxidant and calming support.
- Multiple forms of hyaluronic acid — hydration alongside the acid. See our hyaluronic acid guide.
Texture and Finish
Large, essence-soaked pads with a textured embossed side and a smooth side. They leave skin feeling clean, smooth and hydrated — not tight — with a light botanical scent from the fragrance.
Why You’ll Love It
- Exfoliation made effortless. Wipe on, no rinsing, no guesswork.
- The gentle acid. A PHA smooths texture without the sting of a strong AHA.
- Two sides, two jobs. Embossed to exfoliate, soft to calm and tone.
- Hydrating, not stripping. Green tomato, centella and hyaluronic acid keep skin comfortable.
- Honest about pores. They clear and smooth the look of pores — they do not shrink them.
How to Use the Peeling Pads
- After cleansing, take one pad and wipe the embossed side across the face, avoiding the eyes.
- Turn to the soft side and wipe the whole face once more to calm and tone.
- Pat any remaining essence into the skin.
- Follow with your ampoule and moisturizer.
- Start 2–3 times a week and build up as tolerated; because it exfoliates, treat it as your acid step for that day.
- Wear sunscreen every morning — exfoliation makes daily SPF important.
How to Add It to Your Routine
Use the pads as your exfoliating step after cleansing: cleanse → pad → ampoule → moisturizer → sunscreen. Because they exfoliate, don’t also layer the enzyme powder wash or an acid ampoule on the same day — pick one acid step to avoid over-exfoliating. More in how to treat acne without destroying your barrier.
They pair naturally with the Green Tomato Pore Lifting Ampoule+ and Pore Toner. Browse Korean Serums and Korean Sunscreen for the steps around them.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often can I use these pads?
Start 2 to 3 times a week and build up only if your skin stays comfortable. The acid here is a gentle PHA at a low concentration, so daily use is possible for some, but it is still exfoliation — and doing it too often, or on top of other acids, can strip the barrier. On a pad day, treat it as your exfoliating step and keep the rest of the routine simple.
What is the difference between the two sides of the pad?
One side is embossed and textured — use it first to physically lift away dead skin, sebum and residue. The other side is soft — use it second for a gentle final pass that calms and tones. The idea is that one pad handles both the exfoliating and the soothing so you do not need a separate toner step afterward.
What is the difference between the Jumbo Pad and the NMN Peeling Pad?
They use different acids. This Jumbo Pad is built on a PHA (gluconolactone), the gentlest exfoliating acid, with a big botanical blend — a mild everyday resurfacer. The NMN Peeling Pad uses salicylic acid, a BHA that works inside the pore, plus NMN and centella — better for oilier, more congested skin. Pick the PHA pad for gentle daily smoothing, the BHA pad for blackheads and heavier congestion. Do not use both as acid steps on the same day.
Do these pads contain fragrance?
Yes — there are fragrance components in the essence, so the pads have a light botanical scent. If your skin is fragrance-sensitive, patch test on your jaw first, or reach for the fragrance-free Green Tomato Pore Toner, which gives you the same PHA and green tomato actives without the fragrance.
Can I use them on my body too?
Yes — the large pads work well on areas prone to congestion beyond the face, such as the neck, chest and back. Wipe gently as you would on the face, and follow with moisturizer. Keep them away from broken or irritated skin, and remember they exfoliate, so do not overdo it on any one area.
