Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We recommend notifying us within 7 days for faster processing.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Designer or brand packaging (cards, samples, boxes) must also be returned.
- Returns are only accepted from the original shipping country.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, customized or perishable items, or opened cosmetic products.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us immediately at support@k-touch.us. Please include photos of the waybill, packaging, and affected items. Keep all packaging until we confirm the case.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note: your bank may take several business days to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping, customs, and additional fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
