From where are K-Touch products shipped?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States. All products are sourced from verified Korean distributors and official brand partners to ensure authenticity and quality.

How is the shipping fee calculated?

The shipping fee is charged per order, not per product. It covers freight costs only and does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Order processing time is 1-3 business days (depending on product availability). Average delivery time including processing is approximately 3–7 business days with express shipping. Please note: customs inspection or regional delivery delays may extend this period.

Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. K-Touch’s shipping fee only covers international freight. For accurate information, please contact your country’s customs office before ordering.

What if there are shipping issues or an incorrect address?

K-Touch is not responsible for delivery problems caused by the recipient, including refusal, wrong address, absence, or local customs issues. Refunds for such cases will follow the shipping company’s compensation policy.

What is your return and refund policy?

K-Touch offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please notify us within 7 days for faster processing. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

How are refunds issued?

Once approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take several days to complete the posting process.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@k-touch.us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the attached waybill, the full box with waybill visible, and the damaged or incorrect item. Do not discard packaging until we confirm the resolution.

Are there cases where refunds are not approved?

Refunds may be denied for: • Returns after 14 days
• Opened, used, or damaged items
• Missing packaging or authenticity cards
• Sale items or gift cards
• Buyer’s remorse or refusal of delivery
• Short shelf-life or decreased product value
• Customs refusal or unpaid import taxes

What happens if my package is marked delivered but not received?

If an order is shipped contactlessly and marked as delivered by the carrier, K-Touch will not issue a refund. Compensation may only be provided according to the carrier’s official transportation policy.
