How to Use It

1. Cleanse and tone first.
2. Hydrogel sheets usually come in two pieces — upper and lower. Peel off the backing and place them.
3. Leave on 20 to 30 minutes. Hydrogel holds its moisture longer than cotton, so it is more forgiving.
4. Remove and press the leftover essence in. Do not rinse.
5. Seal with moisturizer.
6. Once or twice a week.
