How to Use It
- Cleanse and tone first.
- Lay the sheet on and smooth it into the contours.
- Leave 15 to 20 minutes. Take it off before it dries — a drying sheet pulls moisture back out of your skin, which is the opposite of the point.
- Press the leftover essence in. Do not rinse.
- Follow with moisturizer.
- Use as often as you need. On a bad week, nightly is fine.
