How to Use It

1. After a shower, on slightly damp skin. A moisturizer works partly by trapping water that is already there.
2. Squeeze through the applicator head onto the area.
3. Sweep toward the heart — ankle to knee, wrist to elbow. That is the direction lymph travels.
4. Light, steady pressure. A few minutes per leg.
5. Let the warmth settle before dressing.

Not on broken skin or fresh sunburn. Patch test first if your skin reacts to warming products.

Questions

Will this get rid of cellulite?
No. Nothing you rub on your legs does. Cellulite is structural — fat pushing against connective tissue under the skin — and a cream does not reach it. What you get here is a well-moisturized leg and a few minutes of massage.
