How to Use It

1. Cleanse first. A strip on an unwashed nose lifts very little.
2. Wet the nose thoroughly. This is the step people skip, and it is the step that makes it work.
3. Peel the strip and press it down, smoothing it into the sides of the nose.
4. Leave 10–15 minutes, until it is stiff.
5. Peel slowly from the edges inward. Rinse, then go straight into toner.

Questions

Will this get rid of my blackheads for good?
No. It clears what is in the pore today. Sebum production continues, so they refill. Anyone promising permanent is selling something.

How often can I use them?
Once a week is plenty. More than that and you are stripping and irritating the skin, which tends to make oil worse rather than better.

Nothing came off. What went wrong?
Almost always a nose that was not wet enough, or one that was cleansed but still had product on it. Wet it properly and try again next week.

Strips or a BHA?
Different jobs. Strips remove what has already formed. A BHA works inside the pore over time. Serious pore care uses the second and treats the first as a bonus.
