How to Use It

1. Take one sheet. One.
2. Press — do not rub. Rubbing drags your makeup around; pressing lifts the oil and leaves the base alone.
3. Hold it for a couple of seconds on the forehead, nose and chin.
4. Powder afterwards only if you actually need it. Usually you will not.

Questions

Does blotting make my skin produce more oil?
No. That is a persistent myth. Lifting oil off the surface does not signal the glands to make more. What can aggravate oil is harsh, stripping cleansing.

Will it take my makeup off?
Not if you press instead of rubbing. Pressing lifts oil and leaves the base where it is.

Blotting paper or powder?
Blotting first, powder only if needed. Powder over shine sits on top of the oil and is what makes a face look cakey by 4pm.

Am I removing my sunscreen?
Blotting takes some product with it, so on a long day outdoors reapply SPF after blotting rather than assuming the morning layer is intact.
